General Care Instructions:  Slime does not last forever because it is a liquid and can dry out, shrink, and/or melt.  To maximize the life of your slime, following the instructions below.  

IT IS NORMAL FOR YOUR SLIME TO ARRIVE STICKY, STIFF, OR DEFLATED DUE TO SHIPPING.  The good news is it is easily fixed following the guidelines below.  Also, remember that slime naturally melts in warm environments or over time because it is a liquid.

HOW TO MAKE ACTIVATOR: Combine 1 cup of hot water to 1 teaspoon of provided borax.

TOO STICKY: Slowly add drops of activator to your slime and kneed your slime until correct consistency.  If you add too much activator, it will result in a stiff slime.

TOO STIFF:
- White-based glue - Slowly add small amounts of lotion to your slime and kneed your slime until correct consistency.  
- Clear-based glue - Put slime in airtight container and put container in a warm water bath to help melt slime.  

DEFLATED: Play with your slime to reflate it with air as it may have compressed over time when not in use.

*Slime is NOT EDIBLE, DO NOT CONSUME. Slime is recommended for children 7 and older or with adult supervision.

Allergies: Please be aware that our products may contain/be in contact with glue, lotion, borax, baby oil, glycerin, clay, essential or fragrance oils, food coloring, and/or natural dyes. Glacier Therapy Dough contains 100% pure essential oils. Some people are allergic to essential oils. Always test a product and wait 15 minutes to see if you have a sensitivity to any essential oils. If you have any sensitivity, discontinue use. Essential oil products are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
An email from Glacier Slimes will be sent to your email that you provided with an order payment confirmation following your purchase.  Once your package has shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number.  

‍HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?  

‍Following purchase and confirmation of payment to Glacier Slimes, we will process your purchase as soon as possible.  Once we have received and confirmed your order payment, US domestic customers should receive their order within 1-2 weeks depending on order currently being in stock, shipping location, time of year (holidays may take longer), transportation carrier and other variables.  If there is a significant delay, Glacier Slimes will contact you with the email you provided with your order.

‍WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS LOST DURING SHIPMENT?

Please email Glacier Slimes if your order does not arrive based on your tracking number status.  If your order is lost due to the transportation carrier, Glacier Slimes will refund your entire purchase.  If your order is lost because you provided Glacier Slimes with an incomplete or wrong address during your purchase, Glacier Slimes will not refund you since we were not provided the correct shipping information.  

CAN I REQUEST TO RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Each slime is custom made by hand at Glacier Slimes and can change texture after use and therefore slime may not be returned or exchanged due to product quality and health concerns.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Each slime is custom made by hand at Glacier Slimes and therefore cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. All sales are final.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT?

Please contact Glacier Slimes immediately (within 3 days of order arrival) and include delivery date, description of damage AND photos to document damage.  Glacier Slimes will get back to resolve this issue.
